About this project

DDC Residential, with an institutional strategic capital partner, is developing Phase One of a 300-lot subdivision in the rapidly growing Apopka area of Orlando, Florida. Eden Crest is a mixed-residential community consisting of townhomes, 60-foot lots, and large estate lots. It will also include amenities such as a cabana, pool, and walking trails for its future residents to enjoy and call home. DDC Residential will sell finished lots to Hartizen Homes.
