About this project

DDC Management with an institutional strategic capital partner are in the process of developing a 180 lot subdivision in the Marysville area of Columbus, Ohio. We entitled, engineered and developed this agricultural area, and are selling finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project will provide Single-Family and Lifestyle homes with community park space, walking paths & ponds.
