DDC Management, with an institutional strategic capital partner, entitled, engineered and developed a 180-lot subdivision in the Marysville area of Columbus, Ohio and sold finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project provided single-family and lifestyle homes with a community park, walking paths & ponds.
