About this project

DDC Management, with an institutional strategic capital partner, developed 286 lots of an existing subdivision in the Harrison area of Cincinnati, Ohio. We entitled, engineered and developed this area, and sold finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project provided Single-Family homes on wooded homesites in a premier resort-style community featuring a pool, clubhouse and gym.
