DDC Management, with an institutional strategic capital partner, entitled, engineered and developed a 147-lot subdivision in the Brownsburg area of Indianapolis, Indiana and are selling finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project provides Single- Family homes surrounded by scenic wooded 100-acre nature preserve with small town charm and easy access to downtown.
