About this project

DDC Management with an institutional strategic capital partner is in the process of developing a 147 lot subdivision in the Brownsburg area of Indianapolis, Indiana. We entitled, engineered and are developing this agricultural land in this area, and are selling finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR) The project will provide Single- Family homes surrounded by scenic wooded 100-acre nature preserve with small town charm and easy access to downtown.
