About this project

DDC Management with an institutional strategic capital partner developed the 375 lot subdivision in the Sanford area of Orland, Florida. We entitled, engineered and developed this agricultural area, and are selling finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project will provide Single-Family homes within a gated community and distinguished amenities.
