About this project

DDC Management, with an institutional strategic capital partner, developed the 375-lot subdivision in the Sanford area of Orland, Florida. We entitled, engineered and developed this agricultural area, and sold finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project provided single-family homes within a gated community and distinguished amenities.
