About this project

DDC Management, with an institutional strategic capital partner, developed an additional 144 lots to an existing subdivision in the Huber Heights area of Dayton, Ohio. We entitled, engineered and developed this area, and sold finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project provided Single-Family homes in a peaceful community setting with wooded & cul-de-sac yards.
