DDC Management with an institutional strategic capital partner are in the process of developing a 48 lot subdivision in the Ocoee area of Orlando, Florida. We entitled, engineered and developed this area, and are selling finished lots to Hartizen Homes. The project will provide townhomes in conveniently located Ocoee.
