About this project

DDC Management, with an institutional strategic capital partner, entitled, engineered and developed the remaining 399 lots of an existing subdivision in the Middletown area of Dayton, Ohio. The project provided Single-Family and Lifestyle homes with wooded, walk-out lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR).
