About this project

DDC Residential, with an institutional strategic capital partner, entitled, engineered, and developed the remaining 399 lots of an existing subdivision in the Middletown, Ohio, area near Dayton, Ohio. The project provided Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR) with single-family and lifestyle homes with wooded, walk-out lots.
