About this project

DDC Management with an institutional strategic capital partner are in the process of finishing the final phase of the remaining 399 lots of an existing subdivision in the Middletown area of Dayton, Ohio. We entitled, engineered, and developed this area, and are selling finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project will provide Single-Family and Lifestyle homes with wooded, walk-out yards.
