About this project
DDC Management with a private investor are in the process of developing the final phases of the 1030 lot subdivision in the Washington Township / Clearcreek Township area of Dayton, Ohio. We entitled, engineered and developed this agricultural area, and are selling finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR).
