About this project

DDC Management with an institutional strategic capital partner developed the 473-lot subdivision in the Fairborn area of Dayton, Ohio near Wright-Patt Airforce Base. We entitled, engineered, and developed this agricultural area, and sold finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR).
