DDC Commercial partnered with leading A&E firm CESO and full-service design-build general firm Threecore on a 1.6 million square foot industrial project in Wilmer, Texas (Dallas).
The Wilmer Distribution Center is a state-of-the-art logistics facility spanning 1.6 million square feet across two expansive buildings. The center features a 40-foot clear cross-dock layout and is strategically positioned on 90 acres of land to optimize operational flow. This two building developed was designed to accommodate tenants seeking between 300,000 and 1.6 million square feet of space.
