About this project

DDC Management with both private and institutional strategic capital partners developed the 214 lot subdivision in the Liberty Township area of Dayton, Ohio. We entitled, engineered and developed this agricultural area, and are selling finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR).
