About this project

DDC Management, with both private and institutional strategic capital partners, developed the 214-lot subdivision in the Liberty Township area of Dayton, Ohio. We entitled, engineered and developed this agricultural area, and sold finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR).
