Chris Helfrich

Chris Helfrich is currently the President of Land Development at DDC and is a former Division Head for several NVR Divisions, including Orlando, Cincinnati and Detroit. During his over 10 years at NVR, Mr. Helfrich managed several profit centers, developed extensive land and homebuilding relationship in the Eastern US region, with a strong focus on the Florida market.
