Clayton Sears

With a combined 10 years of experience in land development, Clayton Sears is currently the Director of Land Acquisition at DDC. Prior to joining DDC, Clayton spent 6 years with our sister company, CESO, working as an engineer in subdivision design and planning. His engineering experience in all aspects of residential development ranging from civil engineering, survey, to project management has made him an asset in strategically positioning our land control.
