Jon brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, design, and planning to his role as Director of Construction at DDCM Commercial. He leads projects with precision and efficiency, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Jon has overseen complex initiatives across the country, including multistory facilities, large-scale industrial developments, and innovative commercial spaces. His expertise spans construction operations, preconstruction services, and risk management, with a collaborative approach that strengthens client and partner relationships.

A licensed general contractor in multiple states, Jon also holds a Master of Building Construction and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida. His leadership, problem-solving skills, and dedication to operational excellence make him an integral part of DDCM Commercial’s continued growth.
