Michael Gardner

With over 40 years of industry experience, Mike brings a legacy of integrity, collaboration, and execution to his role as Principal for DDC Commercial. During his 24 years at Walmart, he held multiple positions in their store development program. He was responsible for acquiring and developing more than 1,000 Walmart stores and Sam's Clubs across 32 states. Mike also led the creation of Walmart’s Project Management Organization and oversaw the company’s prototypical design, project management, and remodel design efforts. Following his time at Walmart, he managed finances for CESO, a leading architecture and engineering firm. His well-established network within the industry, dedication to building strong relationships, and history of delivering meaningful results make him a trusted leader.
