About this project

DDC Management, with an institutional strategic capital partner, developed the 285-lot subdivision in the Horizon West area of Orlando, Florida. We entitled, engineered and developed this area, and sold finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project provided single-family homes and townhomes in highly desired Horizon West and is rich with amenities, native gardens, and top-rated schools.
