About this project

DDC Management with an institutional strategic capital partner developed the 285 lot subdivision in the Horizon West area of Orland, Florida. We entitled, engineered and developed this area, and are selling finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project will provide Single-Family homes and townhomes in highly desired Horizon West and is rich with amenities, native gardens, and top-rated schools.
