About this project

DDC Management with an institutional strategic capital partner developed the 81 lot subdivision in the Windermere area of Orlando, Florida. We entitled, engineered and developed one of the last remaining tracts of infill land in this area, and sold finished lots to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR). The project will provide Single-Family homes surrounded by beautiful lakes, golf courses, fine dining, scenic views and highly-rated schools.
